Sidedoor Bagel

My boyfriend and I went to Sidedoor Bagel for breakfast this morning. We both tried a plain bagel with apple pie cream cheese and a flaky salt bagel with garlic herb cream cheese. The first one was a 10/10! The second one was a decent 7/10. It had a planty/grassy taste to it. Overall, everything was really good though. I would definitely go again. I can see why they've become really popular.

December 15, 2023 I apologize for only the 1 photo, I took the picture to send to my wife, and if I had known how good it would be, I would have had a photoshoot with it!!! I ordered the Lox and Loaded on a everything bagel. The bagel was big, soft and tasty!! The cream cheese was super creamy, the salmon was delicious and fresh, pickled onions were fresh and tasty, and the dill on top was just what it needed to make it an awesome bagel. I did skip out on the capers, but I am sure they are awesome too. UPDATE January 13, 2024 So I brought my wife with me today to Sidedoor Bagel and I got the Lox and Loaded again and it was just as good, if not better than my previous visit. My wife ordered The Beccy, she said it was a great blend of savory flavors and the creaminess of the cream cheese made it worth all the hype that she was expecting. We are excited that they have reached their goal for renovation to expand and we are looking forward to supporting a local business.

Good but.. Bagel seemed off to me. I'm not an expert but it's not NYC grade. Spicy Everything bagel was too salty. Charging for tap water is kind of weird. EDIT: Had is a second time, and it was more satisfying. I mean the bagel still isn't quite right, but it was less salty. So still 4 stars for not perfect bagel + charging for tap water.

They have the best bagels, cream cheeses, and sandwiches. Always a line. Flavors run out quickly. I wish there were more sweet bagel flavors than just cinnamon sugar. Great daily flavors that I wish would be available more. With online orders, my order has gotten lost twice, and I've watched others come and go as I wait on my orders that were supposed to be ready 15 and 25 minutes prior. That's frustrating. Wish they had a better system there, but I'll keep coming back.

Side Door Bagel was delicious! We went around 11:30am on a Thursday and we were in and out in about 5 minutes. Service was great and the lady was helpful when I asked for recommendations. Although we went later in the day, their bagels still tasted fresh and the quality was amazing. I recommend if you are looking for a delicious bagel! The only downside to the shop is that their only seating is outdoors. We were able to still dine outside given the nice weather, but when it gets colder this would have been an inconvenience.
